Prior to the start of the meeting, Corporation Legal Counsel Aimee Steele confirmed that all
requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act (Govt. Code Sections 54950, et seq.) were met in
order for Director Peeples to teleconference to the meeting.
The Financing Corporation Board of Directors held a meeting on Wednesday, November 13,
2024. Chair Young called the Financing Corporation Board of Directors meeting to order at 7:04
p.m.
