CALL TO ORDER  
The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District Board of Directors held a special meeting on  
Tuesday, April 1, 2025.  
President Shaw called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.

CLOSED SESSION/REPORT OUT  
At 8:31 a.m. the District Secretary announced that the Board would convene in closed session  
to discuss the item listed on the agenda. Closed Session recessed at 12:20 p.m. and  
reconvened at 12:40 p.m. Closed Session concluded at 1:15 p.m. There was nothing to report  
out.
