CALL TO ORDER  
The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District Board of Directors held a special meeting on  
Thursday, August 7, 2025.  
Prior to the start of the meeting, the General Counsel confirmed that Directors Walsh, Silva,  
Syed, McCalley and Shaw met the requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act (Govt. Code  
Sections 54950, et seq.) and the provisions of Board Policy 101, Section 4.9 regarding  
teleconferenced meetings and that any votes taken would be by roll call vote. A majority of  
the Board participated in the meeting from within the boundaries of the District.  
President Shaw called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.

3.A. Consider the adoption of Resolution 25-031 confirming the approval of  
a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Amalgamated Transit  
Union (ATU), Local 192 through June 30, 2029. [Subject to ratification  
by ATU Local 192]  
There was no presentation of the staff report.  
Public Comment:  
Josette Moss, Treasurer of ATU Local 192,requested that the Board provide  
retroactive pay for union employees dating back to the contract expiration date of July  
1.
