CALL TO ORDER
The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District Board of Directors held a special meeting on
Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
President Shaw called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Although noticed to attend the meeting via teleconference, Director Peeples attended the
meeting in-person.
Director Syed arrived to the meeting at 12:06 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION/REPORT OUT
At 12:03 p.m., the District Secretary announced that the Board would convene in Closed
Session to discuss the items listed on the agenda.
A brief recess was taken at 1:32 p.m., and the Board reconvened at 1:37 p.m. All Board
members were present.
The Board took another short recess at 2:37 p.m., reconvening at 2:43 p.m. with all members
present.
At 3:28 p.m., the meeting recessed once again and resumed at 3:32 p.m. All Board members
remained present.
A final brief recess occurred at approximately 3:50 p.m., with the session resuming at 3:55 p.m.
All Board members were present at that time. Director Walsh departed the Closed Session at
approximately 4:15 p.m. and did not return.
The Closed Session concluded at 4:46 p.m. There was no reportable action.
