Welcome to AC Transit Connect. This site provides online access to Board of Directors and other public meeting information, including agendas, minutes and audio recordings.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, in-person meetings are prohibited, and the public can participate via teleconference/video conference (Zoom). In addition, meeting audio is live-streamed via the web during the meeting and a recording is available at within 24 hours or less following the meeting. A link to the Zoom recording can also be found on this page. Public participation is welcome.


In this tab, you can search the repository of staff reports that have been published from 2000 to present. Use the Simple and Advanced Search function to search reports published from 1/1/2019 to present. Click on the “Archive to Meetings Prior to 1/1/2019” to find audio recordings and search a repository of staff reports and minutes published prior to 1/1/2019.

Simple search of staff reports for agenda items:

Search reports using the following criteria:

  1. Search (such as keyword, report number, resolution number)
  2. Year
  3. Type

Advanced search of Board agenda items:

In addition to the simple search, an advanced search of agenda items, including the selection of many different parameters, is available. This option is most useful when you are searching for an agenda item with specific search criteria, such as a date range. To learn more about search tips, select the Help option within the search menu.


View meeting agendas, minutes and recordings for the Board of Directors and other meeting bodies. The Upcoming Meetings section shows the next scheduled meeting for any given body, while the All Meetings Section shows all scheduled meetings in either List View and Calendar View. List View displays the meetings in the specified date range in list form. Calendar View displays them in calendar form.

Audio/Video Recordings

If an audio/video recording for a meeting is available, an Audio/Video link will appear in the Audio/Video column. For audio recordings prior to January 1, 2019, please go to the Search Reports tab and click on the “Archive for Meetings Prior to 1/1/2019” button.


Browse Board Member information on this tab. A link to the Board’s webpage on the District’s website is also available from this tab.


Browse Internal Board and Committee information. Use the drop-down menu to select a meeting body type. Click on the meeting body to view the roster/membership.


In addition to Board of Directors meetings, Board members represent the District on many other external boards, commissions, advisory committees and intergovernmental bodies. Under this tab are links to organizations on which AC Transit is either a voting member or is an interested party.


Alerts are e-mail updates based on search results. In order to sign up for alerts, create an account by clicking on the My Account link in the upper right side of the webpage.

Your alert is built on the terms entered and selected in the search section of the Meetings tab or Search Reports tab. Even if your search does not produce immediate results, you can create an alert for the search terms. Any alerts you create will send you emails if your search terms are added to the content on the Meetings or Search reports tabs.

  1. After you run a search from the Meetings or Search Reports tab, click on the Alerts button located at the upper right-hand side of the page. The button will appear in color if active.
  2. Edit the Alert Name. This will appear as the subject of the email you receive. (Optional)
  3. Confirm the Search Terms, Time Period, and Department (meeting body) parameters are correct. To change them, return to the Meetings tab and generate a new search.
  4. Select an occurrence of how often you would like to receive an alert.
  5. Confirm the email address is correct; this should be the email address associated with your account.
  6. Enter a secondary email address in the CC field. (Optional)
  7. Click the Add Alert button.
