BACKGROUND/RATIONALE:
The Legal Affairs Seminar provides up-to-date information on regulatory/legislative developments, industry-related litigation, and other legal issues affecting the transit industry.
Seminar attendees can expect to hear from the Federal Transit Administration on issues for the coming year and attending the sessions will provide continuing legal education credits.
ADVANTAGES/DISADVANTAGES:
The advantage to attending the Legal Affairs conference is that it provides continuing legal education with attorneys from all APTA member agencies.
