The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines regarding the District’s assistance in providing emergency bus services to the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) to the extent AC Transit regular bus service will not be negatively impacted.

There is no budgetary or fiscal impact associated with this report.
