Title
Consider review of Board Policy 177 - Meeting Expense Reimbursements for Accessibility Advisory Committee Members with no recommended amendments.

BACKGROUND/RATIONALE:
Board Policy 177 applies to members of the Accessibility Advisory Committee (AAC) and was last amended in June of 2018. As part of the ongoing effort to periodically regularly review all Board Policies, the District Secretary has consulted with the Accessible Services Manager and determined that policy is current and does not require amendment at this time.
ADVANTAGES/DISADVANTAGES:
The advantage of this policy is that it provides clear and consistent direction for AAC members and staff in reimbursing expenses for attendance at AAC meetings. No disadvantages have been identified.
ALTERNATIVES ANALYSIS:
There are no practical alternatives to the course of action recommended in this report.
